Dunkin' in Louisiana

"Doughnuts were good. Unfortunately drive though employee wasn't the friendliest."

"Best drive through coffee expierence ever. I am a Starbucks fan, but Dunkin gives them a run for their money with better prices, amazing customer service, and the coffee tastes pretty good too. I see why they keep America running. New fan, right here!"

"I'm just giving all stars for the service. Not too special nor poor. My order was very quick through the drive-thru. I had never had these donuts before. Tried it out and it wasn't as good as Southern Maid."

"My one and only complaint is those front doors. Their weight is too much for a person in a wheelchair or someone who walks with a cane or crutches to enter. I honestly would have never been able to get inside if I had not had someone with me that could open the door and even she was struggling."

"We visit here a lot, like nearly everyday a lot because it is convenient to my job and my children tolerate it, and I seem to have been given a billion gift cards to Dunkin for some reason. The workers try really hard, they always seem overworked, understaffed and too stressed. The food is okay. It's nothing spectacular, but it's of decent quality. The drinks are much the same. The donuts don't ever seem really fresh, but they're not made on site, so that's kind of to be expected. The only thing that I don't really love is that items are made inconsistently. One person may do a fabulous job one day, and the next day, the drink is terrible, or on Monday, the bacon might be crisp, and on Tuesday, it's soggy. One day, a drink comes with cinnamon on top and the next day, it doesn't. It's really a minor inconvenience, and obviously it hasn't kept me away. It's an okay spot, standard run of the mill Dunkin food with service as good as can be provided when you are significantly understaffed. The staff that do show up tend to be pretty nice."

"Hands down, I think Dunkin’ Donuts is better than Starbucks. Our orders have never been wrong and the service is always amazing. You can customize drinks and there’s plenty of food items to choose from. We cannot stop getting their frozen coffees! Best of all, no matter how long the line is, they are fairly quick."

"not a big coffee fan but it's acceptable for a quick Stop for a bite and drink in the morning. They ran out a Hot chocolate lol. The place seemed pretty busy ."
